Directions & parking
You can directly get to Stadtwerke Konstanz by using bus line 6 from the main station. If you come from the direction of the car ferry, you should take bus line 15 (directly) or bus line 1 (change to bus line 6 at Sternenplatz).
The “Stadtwerke” bus stop is directly in front of the “Energiewürfel customer service centre.

DIRECTIONS BY TRAIN
If you travel by train, please select the Konstanz-Fürstenberg stop as your destination. It is in only a few minutes walking distance from the Stadtwerke Konstanz building.
DIRECTIONS BY CAR
From the Singen direction (B 33):
When entering the Constance city area, turn left at the first traffic lights. Take the first exit at the subsequent roundabout and follow the road to the next roundabout. Take the second exit here. After 200 metres, you’ll see the Stadtwerke Konstanz main building and our “Energiewürfel” customer service centre on the right hand side.
From the direction of the ferry:
From the ferry, drive on the B 33 (Mainaustraße) in the direction of the city centre. At the intersection in front of the old Rhine Bridge, turn right in the direction of the motorway and Singen (“Autobahn/Singen”), follow the B 33 until the roundabout and take the second exit. Take the first exit at the next roundabout, and after 200 metres, you’ll see the Stadtwerke Konstanz main building and our “Energiewürfel” customer service centre on the right hand side.
Customer parking spaces are available behind our “Energiewürfel” customer service centre.

In our “Energiewürfel” customer service centre, we will be glad to help you personally with any questions reading our services.
We’ll inform you about electricity and gas prices and give you advice on any drinking water and telecommunications issues.
Furthermore, we’ll help you when registering or unregistering for an electricity, gas and/or water agreement and when transferring contracts. We’ll also help you with any issues regarding telecommunications products.
You can buy bus tickets, our customer card “s'Kärtle” and tickets for the Constance-Friedrichshafen catamaran in our service centre.
We issue ID cards and fuel tokens for the natural gas petrol station.
You can also get access tickets for the electric vehicle charging station here.
We’ll also accept your applications for the E-bike support programme in our service centre.
