We offer a variety of ticket types, like single and multi-journey tickets/blocks of tickets, day tickets and day tickets for families, so that you can always get a suitable ticket for your journey in our city buses.
You can buy the desired bus ticket directly at different bus stops from ticket machines. Alternatively, you can buy your ticket in the “Energiewürfel” customer service centre, at various kiosks and in the tourist information in Constance. In Litzelstetten, Dettingen, Dingelsdorf and Wallhausen, you can also buy tickets in advance in our ticket agencies.

Questions & answers
We would like all passengers to enter the bus from the front facing the bus driver after 9 p.m., since the driver checks the tickets in the evening hours.
Are bus and ferry travel times coordinated with each other?
Yes, in general they are. But it can happen that not all bus connections can be reached because the ferry operates in rapid intervals during summer between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. (the regular ferry timetable is then suspended). In order to ensure short waiting times, bus line 1 then leaves every quarter of an hour.
We are travelling as a group – what should we observe?
We would ask large groups to give us an advance notice by calling +49 7531 803-3133 or by sending an email to email@example.com. This allows us to provide for the required capacities and bring you conveniently to your destination.
What happens if I travel without any ticket?
In addition to the regular ticket price, you will then have to pay a penalty of 60 Euros. This penalty can be reduced to 5 Euro if you can provide evidence that you had a valid ticket at the time of the ticket inspection within a week from the date of the inspection.
Can I bring my bicycle into the bus?
The free transport of bicycles on the bus is possible under certain conditions, but there is no general entitlement for it.
Are there any reduced tickets for an attendant of a disabled person?
The carer or attendant of a disabled person can always travel free if the disability certificate is issued for class B, even if the disabled person doesn’t have a ticket or has paid for the journey.
